All products purchased in Conguitos' web page, that don't completely satisfy our customers, can be returned in the next 15 days following the reception of the order.
Due to the exceptional situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we extended our exchange and return period to 60 days for orders placed from March 2020 until 18 of May 2020.
All shipping cost involved in the return process shall be fully borne by the customer, except those returns that are made from Spain and Portugal.
We do not replace items (except Spain and Portugal). If you want to change an article for a different size or colour, you must return the item and apply for a refund, and then place another order for the item in the desired size or colour. Once the returned item has been received, we will issue a refund through the same method of payment you used in your order.
The returns have a cost of €4.90 (in Spain and Portugal), for the rest of the countries the returns are paid by the customer.
To return an item, please, contact us through our Contact Form. Enter your name, email and order number and click on Incidence. Once inside, select the option Return and follow the instructions.
In order for a return to be accepted by Conguitos, if must comply with the following conditions:
- That haven't been used.
- That haven't suffer any damage.
- That are in the same conditions as they were initially sent to the customer and keep the original package and all its contents (hangtags, papers and other elements that may contain).
- That the original box hasn’t been written on, or doesn’t have anything stuck on to it
In case that any of the conditions indicated in this section are not meet, Conguitos will keep the right of refusing the return.
Once the return is refused, the customer will have 3 months to pickup the package from our warehouse, assuming the shipping cost. If the package is not picked up by the customer within 3 months it will be sent to charity.
Please note that in case of gifts, refunds will always be made through the method of payment used when placing the order.
Once the item has been received and your refund has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email notifying that the amount of the product or products to be returned, will be refunded through the same method of payment you used to pay for the order. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will appear in your account balance in the next 7 to 15 working days after you receive the email confirming the refund, although this may vary depending on the conditions of each bank.
